CHINESE STYLE SESAME BROCCOLI

Ingredients

  • Broccoli, 1 small
  • Sesame oil, 2 teaspoons
  • Dressing sauce, ½ tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce, ½ tablespoon
  • Toasted sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut and wash broccoli thoroughly.
  2. Heat sesame oil in Thermos® Shuttle Chef® inner pot and briskly fry broccoli.
  3. Add dressing sauce and oyster sauce. Stir fry till boil.
  4. Remove Shuttle Chef® inner pot from heat and put into Shuttle Chef® outer pot.
  5. Close lid and simmer for 4 minutes. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and black pepper to taste, before serving.
