- 3 pieces banana, ripe
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup preferred toppings
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mash medium-sized ripe bananas in a bowl. Roughly chop rolled oats and add to the mashed bananas.
- Add honey and mix until well combined. If desired, fold in your preferred toppings (we used dried cranberries and chopped walnuts)
- Drop dough by the tablespoon, 2 inches apart, on a greased baking sheet. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to flatten cookies a bit. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
- Let cool on the sheet then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
