LILY APPLE BEEF SOUP

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 2 Apples
  • Lily Bulbs, 100g
  • Beef, 600g
  • Citrus Peel, 5g
  • Salt, 8g

Instructions

  1. Wash beef and cut into cubes.
  2. Wash apples and remove seeds but leave skin on. Cut into mid-size chunks. Prepare lily bulbs and citrus peel by washing them thoroughly.
  3. Fill your Thermos® Shuttle Chef® inner pot with water and boil. Put apples, beef cubes, lily bulbs and citrus peel into the boiled water in pot. Stew for 10 minutes.
  4. Place inner pot into the Thermos® Shuttle Chef outer pot, add salt to taste, and let it cook for 3 hours.
