PAPAYA PORK RIBS SOUP

Ingredients:

  • Pork Ribs, 60 grams (rinsed and cut into cubes)
  • Papaya, 50 grams (skinned and cut into cubes)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a Thermos® Food Jar, add pork ribs cubes and pour in hot boiling water full till the inner rim. Close the lid tightly and let it sit aside to pre-heat for 1 minutes. After 1 minute, drain water.
  2. Add papaya cubes and pour in a new fresh of hot boiling water till about 80% full. 
  3. Close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 3 hours.
  4. Before serving, add salt to taste.
