Serve 1
Ingredients:
- Pork Ribs, 60 grams (rinsed and cut into cubes)
- Papaya, 50 grams (skinned and cut into cubes)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- In a Thermos® Food Jar, add pork ribs cubes and pour in hot boiling water full till the inner rim. Close the lid tightly and let it sit aside to pre-heat for 1 minutes. After 1 minute, drain water.
- Add papaya cubes and pour in a new fresh of hot boiling water till about 80% full.
- Close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 3 hours.
- Before serving, add salt to taste.
