- Curry Paste, to taste
- Fish Balls, 15
- Hot Boiling Water
- Mint Leaf, for garnish
- In a Thermos® Food Jar, add fish balls and hot boiling water full till the inner rim. Close the lid tightly and let it sit aside to preheat for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, drain water. Add curry paste and hot boiling water to desired consistency.
- Stir well, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside to cook for 1 hour.
- Before serving, garnish with mint leaf.
