CURRY FISH BALLS

Ingredients: 

  • Curry Paste, to taste
  • Fish Balls, 15
  • Hot Boiling Water
  • Mint Leaf, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a Thermos® Food Jar, add fish balls and hot boiling water full till the inner rim. Close the lid tightly and let it sit aside to preheat for 3 minutes.
  2. After 3 minutes, drain water. Add curry paste and hot boiling water to desired consistency.
  3. Stir well, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside to cook for 1 hour.
  4. Before serving, garnish with mint leaf.
