VEGETABLES STEW

Ingredients:

  • Thick Bean Curd Skin (sliced)
  • Chicken Breast Meat (cut into thin pieces)
  • Ham (sliced)
  • Sesame Oil, to taste
  • Chopped Spring Onions, for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. In a Thermos® Food Jar, add chicken pieces and hot boiling water. Pre-cook the chicken slices by filling hot boiling water full to the inner rim, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 3 minutes.
  2. After 3 minutes, drain water. Remove and shred chicken pieces.
  3. Add ham slices, thick beancurd skin slices and shredded chicken into the Food Jar. Preheat the Food Jar by filling hot boiling water full to the inner rim, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 1 minute. Drain water.
  4. Add another fresh hot boiling water full to the inner rim, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside to cook for 30 minutes.
  5. Before serving, drizzle sesame oil to taste and garnish with spring onions.
