RED AND BLACK FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients

  • Pitted & sliced red plums, 2 fruits
  • Raspberries, 1 cup
  • Blueberries, 1 cup
  • Sugar, 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh orange juice, 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon, ½ teaspoon
  • Unsalted, shelled & chopped pistachios, 2 tablespoons
  • Coarsely torn mint leaves, 3 leaves

Instructions

  1. Toss plums, raspberries, and blueberries with sugar, orange juice, and cinnamon; let fruits sit and absorb juice for 15 minutes.
  2. Serve sprinkled with pistachios and mint.
  3. Pack a portion of this goodness in a Thermos® Food Jar and enjoy while you’re on the go!
