MANGO BANANA SMOOTHIE

Serve 1

Ingredients:

  • Ice Cold Full cream Fresh Milk, 300ml
  • Mango, 1/2 (thinly sliced and froze overnight)
  • Banana, 1 (thinly sliced and froze overnight)
  • Ice cubes

 

Instructions:

  1. Pre-cool the tumbler by filling it with ice cold water and let it sit aside for 10 minutes. Discard water.
  2. Add 150ml of milk, 4-5 ice cubes, frozen mango and frozen banana. Fill the tumbler full with another 150ml milk.
  3. Cover the lid immediately and give it a good shake for about 10 minutes.
  4. Ready to serve, and to be consumed within 1 hour. 

 

Notes: 

  • This recipe is based on using Thermos® One-Push Tumbler JNL-500. You may prepare this smoothie in any 0.5L capacity One-Push Tumbler or Tumbler. 
  • For best taste consumption, do not store the smoothie in the tumbler for more than 1 hour.
