- Chrysanthemum Flower, 1 tablespoon
- Dried Rosebud, 1 tablespoon
- Rock Sugar, 1 tablespoon
- Wolfberries, 1 teaspoon
- Red Dates, 1 to 2 pieces
- With a 0.5L Thermos® One-Push Tumbler, pour hot boiling water till inner rim, close the stopper lid tightly, and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes. Drain water.
- Add all ingredients and pour new hot boiling water to the inner rim, close the stopper lid tightly and it sit aside to brew for at least 2 hours.
Notes: This recipe is based on using a 0.5L Thermos® Ultra-Light One Push Tumbler. You may adjust the quantity of the ingredients based on the capacity of the One-Push Tumbler or Tumbler.
Tips: As this is an ice tea, adding a little sugar will increase the sweetness of the fruits. Recommend to use seasonal fruits, where applicable.
